Tier qualification = memberships, class packs, PT packs, and PT one-offs purchased in a rolling 12-month window. Merch and drop-ins don't qualify for tier. Your 2026 spend sets your 2027 tier. Plus a one-time +2,000 coin launch bonus for every member on first sign-in from June 1, 2026.

Who can join Culture Coin?

Every active Strength Culture member is automatically enrolled. Just sign in at rewards.strengthculturehk.com with the email on your Momence account to claim your launch bonus.

How do I earn coins on purchases?

Eligible purchases (memberships, class packs, PT packs, product) automatically convert to coins using the formula floor(HKD × purchase rate) × tier multiplier. Coins post within minutes of the sale. Refunds claw back the awarded coins automatically.

Do coins expire?

No — your coin balance never expires as long as your membership is active. Tier status is recalculated annually based on your qualifying spend (this year's spend sets next year's tier).

What counts toward my tier?

Qualifying spend = memberships, class packs, PT packs, and PT one-offs. Merch and drop-ins do not count toward tier qualification. ClassPass members are on a separate fixed track and don’t qualify for Bronze/Silver/Gold.

What's the launch bonus?

Every member receives 2,000 coins on their first sign-in on or after June 1, 2026. One bonus per member — claim it once and it's yours to spend.

How do I redeem a reward?

Open the app, pick a reward, and confirm. In-house rewards generate a QR code (or a 6-digit backup code) that staff scan at the front desk. Partner perks generate a voucher QR that only the partner can scan.

Will check-ins before June 1, 2026 be counted?

No. Attendance and visit backfills only count from June 1, 2026 onward. Purchase coins follow a separate rule and count from January 1, 2026 forward — older history is not converted.

Can I transfer or refund coins?

Coins are personal and non-transferable. They can't be exchanged for cash or refunded against membership fees.
